Event Services

Our goal is to provide you and your guests with a one-of-a-kind experience, one that is well thought-out yet uncontrived. This is truly our passion and we love every minute of the entire process.

Rentals

We’ve searched far and wide to create a beautifully unique collection of rentals for you to choose from. Browse online and create your own personal wishlist, or reach out with some details of your event and we can arrange a visit to our warehouse. If we don’t have what you’re looking for, we’ll source it or create it.

Some things to know when you’re renting our furniture:

  • Each piece is priced individually.
  • Our rental minimum is $2,000.
  • Delivery charges are separate.

Rentals + Design

Rental Styling

Styling services may be added to your rental order. A designer will be onsite to install/style your Pow Wow furniture and décor.

This may include:

  • Assistance with Pow Wow rental furniture, décor selection, and placement.
  • Installation of Pow Wow furniture and décor ordered.
  • Styling a point of impact such as a lounge or custom installation.

Some things to know:

  • Our styling services are exclusive to our inventory and your rental order.
  • Pricing for styling is custom and based upon your needs.

Event Design

Our event design services start from the beginning: we love getting to know you and your vibe. We are happy to collaborate with you, your coordinator, and other vendors to conceptualize a unique design scheme fully personalized to your aesthetic. We can assist with aspects of the design or take on the entire design process while you take care of the logistics. You’ll have full access to Pow Wow’s extensive rental collection, and we can source additional items as needed to create the perfect experience. We can visit your venue to space plan and create custom design elements big or small, and we’ll be onsite to set up and style the day of your event. We promise to create a genuinely unique and custom design that we have put our hearts and souls into, and an authentic experience that you and your guests will never forget.

Some things to know:

  • This is a highly custom service, and pricing is determined by the number of guests, venue, location and your specific needs.
  • Items sourced from outside vendors are not included in the design package.

Rentals + Design + Coordination

This option adds event coordination to the event design service. Kate, our in-house coordinator, begins the process from the moment you book us, taking on all event details, big and small. We will facilitate contracts, payments, rehearsals, timelines for your event, and meetings with vendors. We will be there throughout the entire experience.

Some things to know:

  • Our Coordination services are only included in conjunction with our Pow Event Design service and are not offered separately.
  • We do not offer day of or month of coordination. We specialize in unconventional events, sometimes multiple day, festival style events.
  • If you’re looking for day of coordination or coordination outside of our event design, we are happy to recommend someone to help you.

Spatial & Art Installations

We come from a background in art and interior design. We have experience with both residential and commercial design, as well as temporary and permanent art installations, murals, carpentry, set design, and styling.

The possibilities are endless, so please feel free to share your needs.
